About the position FPO-CEO: As CEO of Farmer Producers Organization, CEO needs to utilize own skills in developing and establishing the administrative, accounting, institutional building and other procedural systems. CEO need to have focused approach in developing the business by encouraging farmers, to rationally / systematically produce the commodities and link the FPO to the main stream market. Should perfectly balance the input and output Agri. business of FPO by using multi-tasking, partner management and resource management skills, considering external and internal limitations.
